Mr. Prateek Madnani is a third-generation advocate and the Managing Partner at Madnani & Co. LLP. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, he brings a dynamic and contemporary approach to litigation, grounded in a rich family legacy of legal practice. A graduate of Amity Law School, Noida, Prateek has a strong foundation in litigation and dispute resolution, with extensive experience representing clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, and statutory tribunals.

Prior to founding Madnani & Co. LLP, he was associated with leading law firms in New Delhi, including Singhania & Partners LLP & LPJ & Partners LLP, wherein he handled high-stakes matters of national importance including but not limited to representing autonomous government bodies such as National Highways Authority of India and others. He is also a member of prominent bar associations, including the Supreme Court Bar Association and his expertise spans across arbitration, land acquisition disputes, civil litigation, consumer disputes and white-collar criminal defense.

Prateek has also collaborated and assisted some of the country’s most respected senior advocates including the current Solicitor General of India and has been involved in several landmark matters concerning constitutional and commercial issues. His work has contributed to key legal developments, and he continues to contribute to the legal fraternity through guest lectures at various National Law Universities, mentorship, and legal writing.

Mrs. Rekha Madnani is a seasoned legal professional with over two decades of
experience at the Bar, enrolled with the Bar Council of Rajasthan since 2001. She has served the State of Rajasthan with distinction as Deputy Government Advocate (2009–2014) and later as Additional Government Advocate (2019–2024) before the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court.

Throughout her tenure, Mrs. Madnani has handled high-profile criminal cases, including leading the prosecution for the State in the landmark Jaipur Bomb Blast case. Notably, she also represented the State in the first-ever case before the Rajasthan High Court where a death penalty was upheld.

Her legal acumen extends beyond criminal law. She has also been empanelled with several national banks and financial institutions, providing robust representation in matters related to recovery and financial disputes. Mrs. Madnani brings a rare blend of courtroom experience, strategic insight, and a steadfast commitment to justice—making her a pillar of Madnani & Co. LLP.

Mr. Kanak Singh Choudhary serves as the Corporate Head at Madnani & Co. LLP, bringing with him over a decade of diverse experience incorporate law, regulatory compliance, and strategic advisory services. Alaw graduate from MV Law College (2014-2015) and a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI, 2016), Mr. Choudhary has built a reputation for delivering practical and result-oriented solutions to both domestic and international clients.

He began his professional journey in the year 2017, offering company secretarial and compliance services. In 2019, he co-founded FinKapCorporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd, where he led several high-impact assignments, including successful ECB reporting for LS Cables—one of the world’s top copper cable manufacturers—and played a pivotal role in facilitating the joint venture of Japanese giant Toho Kohimi with an Indian entity.

Mr. Choudhary has also advised on critical matters such as incorporation and licensing of NBFCs and insurance brokers, conducted secretarial audits and legal due diligence for state entities like Uttar Pradesh Nirman Nigam. His CS license was formally surrendered in March 2025 as he transitioned full-time into legal practice.

Sweta Soni is a qualified Lawyer and Company Secretary with over 5 years of experience in corporate compliance, secretarial functions, and legal advisory. Academically accomplished with a BBA, M.Com, LLB from Rajasthan University, and a Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from The Indian Law Institute (ILI), she brings well-rounded expertise in managing statutory compliances under the Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and allied laws. At Madnani & Co., she plays a vital role in handling corporate & Banking matters, regulatory due diligence for companies, and strategic coordination with authorities like MCA, SEBI, RBI, and Stock Exchanges, ensuring accurate and timely compliance support for clients.
